| In 1996 the de Castro-Martin family took over Jardín restaurant. Since then, with the support of an excellent team, they have ensured that Jardín is run successfully. The Menu is the result of many years' creations in the kitchen to offer traditional yet imaginative cuisine - dishes created with care and a predominance of fresh seasonal produce. At Jardín, the de Castro-Martin family attends every day to the restaurant with their dedication to excellent cuisine and service.
