It represents members who have difficulty accessing markets individually.
In general, the members are family wineries, run by people whose ancestors have been involved in the harvesting of vines for centuries. Others have become viticulturists because of their love of wine, taking advantage of the ideal conditions found on the Balearic Islands.
Wine of Origin or ‘Denominación de Origen’ (D.O.) in Spain, guarantees the origin and quality of wines.
