| Description |
| Started in 1965 by Jaime Payeras and his family in the picturesque little village of Deia, restaurant Can Jaume offered a traditional Mallorcan cuisine. In 2001, his son Biel, moved the family business to a new site, located in front of the original restaurant owned by his parents. With the help of Alicia, who also comes from a family with much experience in the restaurant business, this husband and wife team now successfully continue the family tradition which is based on offering high quality products on a day-to-day basis as well as giving clients a warm and personal service. The restaurant has an atmosphere that's cosy and well cared for (you might catch Alicia putting the finishing touches to the flowers before her clients arrive) and the terrace has mountain views which set the scene for a wonderful experience. At Jaume, a real gastronomic adventure awaits you - Biel's modern Mallorcan cuisine delights the most demanding palates with its modern presentation and careful preparation. Add that to Alicia's personal attention and you will, no doubt, feel right at home. |
