| Son Julia is the gastronomic restaurant located in the new, luxuriously restored Gran Hotel Son Julia of five stars. Executive chef Jordi Calvache and his team offer a cuisine prepared with fresh market produce and the very best ingredients in a stunningly rustic and at the same time modern, environment. The focus is on simple and pure cuisine, using a maximum of two or three products in order to let the natural flavours and tastes of the ingredients be experienced to a maximum. The Mandarina Pool & Grill Restaurant, situated by the swimming pool has a barbeque area which serves a variety of healthy salads and grilled fish, seafood and meats. The Orange Patio provides an ideal place for a relaxing drink, while the Lounge Bar Solinit serves refreshing cocktails and innovative fingerfood.

Starters
Foie micuit with preserved chestnuts and a Pedro Ximenez Sherry reduction; Parmesan tartlette with seasonal mushrooms and brie; Fresh parpadelle pasta with prawns and battered young garlic; Cream od artichoke soup with ‘botifarró’, chickpeas and sultanas.
Spanish Caviar Nacarii- Coldwater caviar 000 Beluga Excelcius (25gr) accompanied by blinis and sour cream.
Main Courses
Classic fish ‘suquet’; Turbot with beetroot and blue cheese risotto; Lamb with tomato and pepper harissa, and banana crisp; Braised pigeon with apricots, spinach and it’s own paté.
Vegetarian Options
Cream of cauliflower and vanilla soup, perfumed with truffle oil; Vegetable tempura with soy and tofu reduction.

Banqueting facilities available for exclusive, and non-exclusive events at the Hotel. There are a variety of attractive areas for aperitifs, dinner, drinks and dance which can be adapted to individual preferences.
It is also possible to have ceremonies in the beautiful chapel on the premises, or in another part of the hotel. The Chapel sits up to 20 people inside, and 20 more can be accommodated just outside.
