Description
Legend has it that Son Brull had many windows throughout the Finca hence the name 365. The resident chef, Joan Marc Garcias has been at 365 restaurant ever since Son Brull was inaugurated in July 2003. At 365, let your senses be enticed to experience the re-awakening of Mallorcan cuisine, where the focus is on fresh products of the season with fruit and vegetables from the gardens. The emphasis is also on Mallorcan products so you will notice lots of fresh fish. Creative, signature cuisine, combining different textures and flavours is characteristic of 365. Directions
The restaurant is located in Son Brull Hotel just outside Pollenca. Coming from Palma turn right just passed the turnoff to Pollenca Golf course.

Specialty
Creative Mediterranean cuisine which combines different textures and flavours - this results in original dishes made with fresh products, many from the gardens at the hotel. The menu changes every three months according to what's available at the market.

Son Brull Hotel & Spa of five stars invites you to unwind, and to enjoy its urban ‘chic’ with Mediterranean lifestyle. Located in the North of Mallorca, near the village of Pollensa, it was originally a monastery dating back to the 18th century which was painstakingly restored before the hotel was inaugurated in July 2003. Son Brull is surrounded by more than 30 hectares of land, just off the golf course of Pollensa and close to the golf course of Alcanada. Although it still retains its historic and architectural features, it is now also a modern, luxurious property. 23 rooms and suites of different sizes are equipped with all modern amenities, decorated in a vanguard style. The public areas are spacious, with a perfect mix of century old walls and modern décor. Other services include: 24 hour room service, snack bar and chill-out lounge, indoor & outdoor pool, SPA, tennis, golf etc.

Meat Dishes
Roasted pigeon. Pig’s trotters ragout with chick peas and foie gras; Rib of Iberico pork. Carrots, sweet potato and ‘pebrada’ sauce; Fillet of veal. Polenta, wild mushrooms and beetroot purée; Tender shoulder of goat, honey and mint laquer, pressed potato and aubergines

Desserts
Cottage cheese. Milk biscuits, kumquat preserve with honey and rosemary ice cream; Custard cream. Hazle nut crumble and cinnamon ice cream; Vanilla passion cake. Ceylon mousse and mandarin sorbet; Mini chocolate tart pink pepper with frozen cassis juice
Other facilities

Wine list
A carefully selected, but extensive list of about 200 different wines from all over the world.

Mallorca is now producing some superb wines. Few of them are exported, but many are available at Son Brull, like Anima Negra and Divins.
