| Fábrica 23 restaurant in Santa Catalina is characterised by a lively and friendly atmosphere where good food and good fun reign supreme. This perfect combination is made possible by brothers Sascha and Alexei who have run the restaurant for 10 years. Chef Alexei creates imaginative dishes using fresh seasonal market produce, while Sascha, 'a people person' who grew up in Spain and England, welcomes guests from all over in fluent Mallorquin, Spanish, German and English. There is a 'Menú del Día' at lunchtime and then at night clients can select dishes from the Blackboard. The restaurant is very popular so reservations are highly recommended! |
