| Ca'n Calent gourmet restaurant in Campos offers a creative, market cuisine which respects the earth's cycles and its products. Since only the finest and freshest ingredients are used, the dishes are adapted to the seasons of the year. The restaurant is modern, light and has two water features which are part of the décor. The art on the walls is changed regularly, and promotes mostly artists from Mallorca. There are also set menus for special group celebrations, company lunches or dinners and there is a take away service available. At Ca'n Calent the staff is at your disposition, so please do not hesitate to ask for our help to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It is possible to accommodate special dietary requirements, so please discuss these with the staff. |

Starters - Warm clam and purple potato salad with mind and pistaccio vinaigrette; Marinade 'Beluga' sturgeon, salmon roe, Wasabi sauce and confit of cherry tomato salad; Duck foie terrine with mandarin coulis with dried fruits & nuts
Main courses - Codfish and sauteed 'sobrasada' with honey; Grilled 'beluga' sturgeon fillet with ginger sauce, bomba rice and sauteed mangos; Grilled entrecote served with Mallorcan 'tumbet'; Ostrich turnedo with pink pepper suace and vegetable risotto; Lamb chops crusted with mixed dried nuts and oven roasted leg of lamb with red berries sauce
