Katharina and her brother Florian grew up in the gastronomy world in Germany, and have worked in many countries. 10 years ago, (in 2008 they are celebrating their 10th anniversary) they brought that expertise to Porto Colom where they continue to offer fresh, creative Mediterranean cuisine in a very special setting. The restaurant also provides a backdrop for new Mallorcan artists so the art changes every few months.
