Description
Take the lift up to the fourth floor of Hotel Los Geranios, to enter the light, welcoming atmosphere of gourmet restaurant S'Atic right at the top of the building. From its privileged vantage point, dinner guests can enjoy lovely panoramic views of the bay, the port and the valley of Sóller. The head chef, Oscar Garcia Torrente originally from Almería, has worked with some of the most experienced chefs in the Basque Country. Enjoy a creative, signature Mediterranean cuisine where everything is freshly prepared with love and care. The most important thing, says Oscar, is for the 'food to be delicious, and that our guests leave happy'. While Oscar oversees the kitchen, his wife Anna manages every detail in the dining room to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
Directions
Approach the Port of Sóller from Sóller. Do not take the new tunnel bypass, but stay on your right. Take the left turn that is signposted 'Cap del Far Gros/Platja d'en Repic'. A further 500 metres or so you will find Hotel Los Geranios, right on the sea-front. Take the lift up to the 4th floor to get to S'Atic restaurant.

Hotel
Hotel Los Geranios is a small, comfortable hotel with a family atmosphere. The hotel offers its guests a reception with hall and a lift that can hold 6 people (ideal for wheelchair access). There is also a wellness centre, a sauna, a bar bistro on the terrace of the walkway. There are 23 rooms (12 doubles and 3 individuals) charmingly decorated and equipped with all mod cons, including air conditioning (hot and cold), central heating, satellite TV with more than 50 channels, telephone, high speed internet connection, safe and minibar. All rooms are non smoking.

Marinated quail salad, mahón cheese and Sóller vinaigrette; Garden vegetables and mixed greens, sauteed and raw with truffles and a honey dressing; Marinated tuna 'al momento' with grilled melon, tomato sorbet and cherry gazpacho

Main Courses
Roasted lobster served on homemade pasta with Mallorcan seafood broth; Fish of the day with a refreshing avocado puree, green beans and potato chip powder; Galician sirloin steak with potato canelón and shallots; Picantón (small chicken) with Soller prawns, green asparagus and white tomato foam

Desserts
Lemon and white chocolate cake with lemon zest ice cream; The Tramuntana in Dessert - Oranges, olive oil, Ángel D’Or Liqueur and Torongí, Set of five white ice creams
Other facilities
Banqueting facilities for a maximum of 60 people, if the terraces are included. The two terraces can each accommodate a group of about 12 people. Set menus start at groups of 10 or more. Please give 3-4 days' notice, and at least a week´s notice for large groups.
Wine list
A varied list with over 65 different quality wines from Spain, featuring wines from Mallorca. Cavas and Champagnes.
Chef
Oscar Garcia Torrente, originally from Almería, started his cooking career in the Basque Country under the tutelage of Luis Irizar. There he worked in some distinguished restaurants, including the famous Arzak and Zuberoa.
