Later on it became the gourmet restaurant as it is known today. The in-house chef Luis Salinero offers a simple yet elaborate cuisine - where the main objective is to maintain clear, distinctive flavours. Every dish is prepared with the best products from the land and the sea (even products from the gardens on the property are used) to delight even the most demanding gourmet.
