'Bistro 33' offers a more informal dining experience at Read's Hotel & Spa, either inside where the old Oil Press is, or outside near the swimming pool. You might fancy an Italian dish, something Japanese, or how about a delicacy from Thailand? You'll never be bored, as the Menu changes about once a month, and there are different Specials on the Blackboard every day! The idea of the Bistro is that it's quite international, and it allows us to have some fun with food from different cultures.'

| Coming from Palma drive through the village of Santa Maria until you see on your left a wine Bodega called 'Macia Batle' where you turn left. Go over the railway lines and continue straight until you reach a crossroads where you will see a sign for Read's pointing right. Follow the sign and you will see Read's Hotel & Spa on your left. |

The Manor House, which is now Read's Hotel, dates back 500 years and has been lovingly restored and decorated to what is now a small, very special luxury hotel for lovers of art and nature. It is surrounded by landscaped gardens, boasts indoor and outdoor pools with sauna, solarium, small gymnasium and Jacuzzi. There are 23 individually decorated rooms equipped with heating, air-conditioning and satellite TV.

Starters
Cerviche- marinated fish salad with corriander and limes; Linguini pasta vongole with fresh clams, garlic and parsley; Smoked prawn salad with avocado, mango and sweet chilli sauce; Tunisian chicken salad with bulgur wheat and chick peas.
Main Courses
Freshly seared tuna with nicoise salad; Lamb cutlets with marjaram and greek salad; Spicey chicken pasta with chilli and coriander; Duck and pumkin risotto with sage pesto.
Desserts
Lemon and vanilla créme brulee with fresh raspberries; Pear and almond tart with chocolate icecream; New York style cheesecake. |
