Enjoy a combination of traditional cuisine with the most avant-garde modern dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and organic produce from the family Finca. The emphasis at Ca'n Calco is on fresh fish and seafood caught daily from the surrounding islands. Jaime and Juan come from a family of professional fishermen and have boats available in the Port of Alcúdia guaranteeing the best 'Catch of the Day' - every day. This, together with their knowledge of authentic and traditional seaside recipes and the charming atmosphere will, no doubt, provoke all your senses and make you want to come back for more... |
