At that time, two of the rooms were used as water cisterns, another one as an oil cistern and the rest formed part of the stables. All were part of the same property. Today, these rooms are full of atmosphere and particularly suited to group reunions, given the privacy that is offered by each one of them.
The name Bruselas was given to the venue in 1956 when it was a Piano Bar owned by a Belgian. During that period, many famous pianists graced Bruselas, among them Tete Montoliu.
At the end of 2002, Bruselas Restaurant was opened specialising in prime cuts of Argentinean meat grilled on vegetable charcoals. All from animals fed on natural pastures, originally of English breeds and imported by us.
At Restaurant Bruselas we offer a variety of International and Argentine dishes, like “Chorizo Beef” (Entrecote), Sirloin Steak and Loin steak prepared to perfection. Apart from meat we also offer fish dishes, salads, fresh pasta and home made desserts.
